Position: High Stakes Medical Malpractice Attorney

High-Stakes Medical Malpractice Attorney | West Hollywood (On-Site)

  • Confidential application process*

Are you a litigator who thrives in the high-stakes world of catastrophic injury but is looking for a more manageable caseload where you can truly focus on the details?

The Opportunity:

Quality Over Quantity

Unlike high-volume firms, this position offers a focused caseload of only 12-16 high-value cases per year. You will have the resources and time to dive deep into the technical and medical complexities of each file.

  • Strategic Focus: 98% of the firm's cases settle before trial. Your primary objective is to build an undeniable case through expert discovery and masterfully executed depositions.
  • Location:

100% in-office in Los Angeles (Monday - Friday).
  • The Work:
Heavy deposition work is the backbone of this role. You must be comfortable and experienced in taking and defending high-stakes testimony.
Unmatched Compensation Structure

We believe in rewarding the expertise required to handle life-altering injury cases.

  • Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • Guaranteed Performance Bonus:
You will receive 3.5% of attorney fees on every case you work on.
  • Earning Potential:
Due to the high-value nature of these settlements, attorneys in this firm consistently earn total compensation exceeding $400,000 annually.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

5-12 years of experience in Medical Malpractice or Catastrophic Personal Injury litigation.
  • Deposition Expertise: A proven track record of taking and defending a high volume of depositions.
  • Licensure:
Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • Mindset:
Detail-oriented, medically curious, and driven by securing justice for clients through meticulous preparation.

Please send your confidential resume to Spencer McAdoo at  or call/text  to discuss this in more detail.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
