We create jewelry that feels personal, timeless, and wearable - and we’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to help expand our digital presence and grow our community.
Role Overview :The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager will lead EF Collection’s social strategy across platforms, develop compelling content and campaigns, and manage influencer partnerships through Shop My. This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and analytically sharp.
You’ll work closely with our founder, marketing/ creative teams to ensure EF Collection’s voice is consistent, aspirational, and engaging across all digital touch points.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and execute EF Collection’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting, storytelling, and campaign alignment
- Write and optimize captions and posting strategies to increase reach and engagement
- Monitor community engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and cultivate a strong brand community
- Stay on top of trends, cultural moments, and platform updates - translating them into on-brand content opportunities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop on-brand content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen storytelling
- Concept and produce short-form content (Reels/Tik Tok), including styling, scripting, and light editing as needed
- Source and manage UGC and customer content for social and paid use.
- Support on-set shoots and content capture when needed, ensuring assets are optimized for social
- Further edit social content for paid ad usage and deliver to our ad agency.
- Develop and manage EF Collection’s influencer strategy across gifting, paid partnerships, and affiliate programs
- Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand-aligned talent
- Handle outreach, negotiations, deliverables, and timelines for influencer campaigns
- Manage product gifting logistics and ensure timely content delivery
- Track influencer performance, maintain reporting dashboards, and evaluate ROI
- Track and report on social KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, conversion)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize content strategy based on results
- Share insights and recommendations with leadership and cross-functional partners
- 3-5years of experience in social media and influencer marketing (consumer brand experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of luxury, fashion, or fine jewelry marketing and digital culture
- Deep knowledge of Instagram and Tik Tok best practices, with strong instincts for what performs
- Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end (gifting + paid)
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong writing skills and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams
- Proficiency with social and influencer tools (Planoly, Shop My)
- A strong point of view on brand storytelling and modern luxury
- Excellent taste level and an eye for elevated, on-brand content
- A balance of creativity + performance mindset
- Confidence in managing relationships, timelines, and deliverables
- A proactive, “figure it out” attitude with strong follow-through
