This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Marketing Coordinator located in West Hollywood, CA. The AI Marketing Coordinator will oversee AI-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and innovate in marketing automation. The role also includes creating and managing content, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring branding consistency. The candidate will contribute to Luxford Investment Group’s marketing mission by leveraging AI technologies and ensuring excellence in execution.

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and marketing automation tools
• Proficiency in Content Creation, Content Development, and Brand Management
• Experience with Data Analysis for tracking and improving marketing performance
• Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into marketing and advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing strategies with business goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury real estate market or related industries is a plus
