The Director, Global Brand Marketing is responsible for managing the successful execution of the global marketing strategy. This role will support big idea generation, development of 360° global marketing briefs and plans, brand events, and collaboration with key markets to achieve global consistency. You will support the development and execution of global brand initiatives and product launches ensuring maximum impact, efficiency, and alignment across all global regions - successfully meeting KPIs.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury industry, customer behavior and global cultural trends. Experience supporting and executing global brand marketing, multi-country campaigns, strategic planning and communications at a high-growth luxury brand or integrated marketing agency is preferred. This position requires an excellent cross-functional marketer with experience managing diverse international teams with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Must be highly organized, with superior communication skills and confidence in managing varying levels of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strategic and creative solutions to the organization and excel at successfully bringing them to life.

WHAT YOU DO
  • Support the global marketing strategy across all regions including North America, Australia, UK, EMEA, China and Asia
  • Coordinate the development of 360° brand and product campaigns including strategic brief development, creating go-to-market decks, messaging documents and content roll-out plans
  • Collaborate with regional contacts on the development of campaign plans, providing consistent marketing updates, supporting the review of materials and routing items for approvals
  • Help facilitate the development of global concepts and big activation ideas, supporting the successful implementation in key regions
  • Work with integrated teams on local campaign content needs and liaise with creative to submit briefs and ensure delivery of assets are on time and meet global brand consistency
  • Execute global strategic partnerships across key cultural verticals (art/design, fashion, travel) to grow brand awareness
  • Work with leadership to support celebrity/talent partnerships by managing key deliverables such as coordinating events, social media posts, press days and other key activities
  • Manage global toolkit development, ensuring all regions have necessary assets with enough advance timing to effectively support their planning needs
  • Partner closely with internal teams and external agency partners to support development of global brand experiences, creating high-impact concepts and toolkits to successfully execute luxury events in key international markets
  • Research and stay up to date with competitor programs, provide on-going updates and new ideas; maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and creative techniques
  • Aid in driving brand growth, ensuring Hourglass brand identity, messaging and tone of voice is represented across all marketing touchpoints
