About the Position
The Wound Care Registered Nurse is responsible for providing specialized nursing care for patients with acute and chronic wounds, ostomies, and skin integrity issues. This role involves performing comprehensive wound assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.

Active RN License in the applicable state ( Required )
Minimum 1–2 years of wound care experience ( Preferred )
WOCN Certification or Wound Care Certification (Preferred or Required depending on facility)
BLS certification Required
