Licensed Vocational Nurse

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Los Angeles, CA | Up to $38/hr + Excellent Benefits

We're hiring for a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization that's served the LA community for over 25 years, with two clinic locations in West Hollywood and South LA. This is a chance to do meaningful, patient-centered nursing work with an underserved population, in a clinic culture built around dignity, inclusion, and exceptional care.

You'll deliver hands-on nursing care across assessments, medication administration, blood draws, IV access, and lab review, while supporting PrEP/PEP follow-up, prior authorizations, and patient education. You'll also help supervise Medical Assistant workflow and keep the clinic running smoothly and in compliance.

• 2+ years direct patient care experience as an LVN
• Genuine alignment with LGBTQ+ inclusive care values, including experience working with men and transgender women across diverse backgrounds
• HIV/AIDS, Hep C, or chronic disease management experience a plus, not required
• Proof of flu/COVID-19 vaccination by first day of hire

• $32-38/hr ($66,560-$79,040)
• Full medical, dental, vision, life and LTD coverage

• 120 hours PTO in year one, plus 12 paid holidays and 40 hours sick pay

Three openings available across both locations (WeHo: M-F days, South LA: includes evenings).
