founded in los angeles in 2007, bottega louie develops premier landmark restaurants, patisseries & cafés. Our objective is to deeply connect with the communities we serve by creating premium fine dining, patisserie, bakery and café experiences thoughtfully designed and accessible to everyone.

• people who are full‑time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended periods of time

• a host’s duties primarily focus on ensuring that guests have a positive experience as soon as they walk through the door
• welcome customers with immediate warmth and ensure guests are seated and receive attentive service
• comfortably manage the flow of the dining room, help guests with reservations and maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy hours
• optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers
• demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
• perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
• understand and embody the bottega louie lifestyle, mission and brand

• top performers earn approximately $26.25‑$29.25/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
• $20.25 of hourly compensation + $6.00‑$9.00 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of sales data)
• tip pool participation subject to california labor code & fair labor & standards act
