founded in los angeles in 2007, bottega louie develops premier landmark restaurants, patisseries & cafés. Our objective is to deeply connect with the communities we serve by creating premium fine dining, patisserie, bakery and café experiences thoughtfully designed and accessible to everyone.

• people who are full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended period of times

• responsible for cleaning your personal workspace to ensure a pristine prep station
• adhere to health codes and safety regulations daily by checking the cleanliness of storage areas and food prep
• communicate with the chef regarding any assistance with kitchen support, management or any boh needs
• collaborate with servers to ensure that orders are completed on time and according to requests
• demonstrate and emphasize the importance of recipe consistency to maintain the quality of each dish per bottega louie standards
• perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
• demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, enthusiasm, initiative and have exceptional communication skills
• understand and embody the bottega louie lifestyle, mission and brand

• beginning at $20-25/hr
• tip pool participation subject to california labor code & fair labor & standards act
• the tip pool distributions may be in the range of $3.00 - 5.00/hr based on recent average sales data.
