About the Role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service, maximizing product inventory, and supporting online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience. While both part‑time and full‑time positions generally focus on merchandising responsibilities, the role may also include sales, front‑end, or other duties as needed.
Responsibilities- Process freight, organize, and distribute inventory.
- Pull, stock, and organize merchandise; build displays, end caps, and signage.
- Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store, curbside pickup, and delivery services (including driving and making deliveries if assigned).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies, procedures, and all traffic and safety laws (if delivery is an essential function).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year preferred.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical capability to walk, bend repeatedly, stand for 8–10 hours a day, lift, load, and handle cases, pallets, and lifts of up to 50lb. overhead.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay Range: $20.83 – $24.99 per hour. Hourly pay will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
