The Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising Specialist ensures consistent execution of visual merchandising and in-store communication initiatives across luxury house brands. The role adapts global campaigns to local stores and supports brand standards, training, and customer experience.

• Execute visual merchandising campaigns, seasonal displays, flagship windows, and special events across stores.
• Create visual guides and compliance reports, and manage reusable props, merchandising materials, and communication kits.
• Coordinate vendors, production, installations, logistics, purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.
• Deliver monthly training on brand heritage, product knowledge, and luxury service standards.
• Coordinate in-store digital content and maintain accurate store information across online channels.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and store leadership, and share regional updates on compliance and local market needs.

• At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or marketing in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, communication, training, and public speaking skills.
• Experience managing vendors, logistics, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
• Ability to collaborate across global and local teams and travel domestically, including some evenings and weekends.
