Marketing And Visual Merchandising Specialist

The Marketing and Visual Merchandising Specialist supports the execution of visual merchandising and in-store communication initiatives across luxury house brands. This role adapts global campaigns to local stores, maintains brand standards, and helps deliver a consistent luxury customer experience.

• Execute visual merchandising campaigns, flagship windows, seasonal displays, and special events across stores.
• Create implementation guides and report on compliance with brand standards.
• Manage visual merchandising materials, inventory, logistics, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.
• Coordinate in-store digital content and maintain accurate store information across online channels.
• Deliver training on brand heritage, product knowledge, and luxury service standards.
• Partner with marketing, operations, store leadership, and corporate teams on initiatives and regional updates.

• At least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or marketing within luxury or premium retail.
• Strong project management, communication, training, and public speaking skills.
• Experience managing vendors and logistics, with familiarity in purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across global and local teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work some evenings and weekends.
