Flip Homes Sales Opportunity Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate professional who wants to learn to specialize in flip home sales and build long-term consistency in one of real estate’s most active segments. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to work closely with investors, builders, and clients focused on renovation and resale opportunities.

As a Sales Agent, you will collaborate with investors to identify strong opportunities, evaluate potential properties, and manage transactions from offer through closing. You will learn to present deals with confidence, understand renovation potential, and strengthen relationships with repeat investor clients. You will operate inside proven systems with mentorship from experienced producers who understand how to create consistency in both flip and new construction sales.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals, so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM, and convert them into buyers to meet monthly sales goals
  • Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career
  • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer, so the entire process is smooth and timely
  • Consistently network and prospect for new business to meet sales goals

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Real Estate and new home construction preferred
  • Past sales experience is preferred

Compensation

$140,000 per year
