Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Bike Patrol, West Hollywood, CA.

Pay Rate: $21.86 / Hour

Friday 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM (Fixed weekly shift).

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): hired for a designated site and weekly shift requiring a six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, staff, and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and public areas, document security‑related incidents and/or observations, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Support a professional presence at a public‑facing location by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and helping to address routine concerns with courtesy and professionalism.

• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
