Security Officer Guest Arrival Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Monitor front desk activities, greet arriving guests, verify visitor information, issue access credentials as directed, and help to support authorized access to the property;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Observe lobby and entrance activity from a stationary post, document unusual or suspicious behavior, and complete reports related to security-related concerns and daily operations
