Security Officer Part Time Bicycle Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, residents, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned public areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the assigned location, documenting incidents, unusual conditions, and policy violations according to established procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.;
Maintain professional communication with the public and site representatives while providing information, directions, and assistance as needed.
