You’llcontext-switchbetweenC#backendwork,TypeScriptPOSextensions,integrationAPIs,andcustomapplications,ofteninthesameweek.

Overtime,thisteamwillgrowbeyondretailintobroaderplatformandapplicationdevelopment:microservices,mobile apps,internal tools,andsolutionsforbusinessproblemsthatdon’tfitneatlyinsideanERP.Wewantsomeonewho’sexcitedbythattrajectory—abuilderwhotakesownershipofwhattheyship,caresaboutthebusinessimpactoftheircode,andiseagertoexpandintonewdomainsastheteamevolves.

• Developandmaintainextensionsandcustomizationsfor Dynamics

  Commerce and Finance&Operations(C#backend,Type Script/HTMLPOSclient)
• Buildandsupportintegrationsconnectingretailsystemswithe-commerce,order management,andotherbusinessplatformsviaRESTAPIs,OData,andenterprisemessagingpatterns
• Troubleshootandresolveproductionissuesintheretailtechnologystack;ownsystemstabilityandperformancefortheplatformsyoubuild

• Designandbuildmicroservices,APIs,andfull-stackapplicationsthatsupportbusinessoperationsbeyondtheERP—internal tools,workflow automation,line-of-businessmobileapps,andoperationaldashboards
• Architectsolutionspragmatically:balancetechnicalqualitywithbusinesstimelines,andchoosetherighttoolfortheproblemratherthandefaultingtoasinglestack
• Ownsolutionsend-to-endfromdesignthroughdeploymentandongoingsupport
• Developandoptimizedatapipelinesin Microsoft Fabric using Py Spark ,Delta Lake,and Python notebooks
• Supportthedataarchitecture(bronze/silver/gold layers) andbuildtoolingthatenablesbusinessuserstoaccessandanalyzedata
• Partnerwiththe Business Analysttotranslatefunctionalrequirementsintotechnicaldesignsanddelivertested ,production-ready solutions
• Writecleartechnicaldocumentation;buildsystemsthatotherscanunderstand,maintain,andextend
• Workdirectlywithbusinessstakeholderswhenneededtounderstandcontextandvalidatesolutions

• 5+yearsofprofessionalsoftwaredevelopmentexperiencewithdemonstratedabilitytoownanddelivercomplexprojectsindependently
• ExperiencebuildingandconsumingRESTAPIs,workingwithrelationaland/ordocumentdatabases,anddeployingtocloudenvironments(Azure preferred)
• Trackrecordofsupportingproductionsystemsyou’vebuilt—notjustbuildingandhandingoff;you’velivedwiththeconsequencesofyourdesigndecisions
• Demonstratedabilitytolearnnewplatforms,frameworks,andbusinessdomainsquicklyanddeliverproduction-qualityworkwithoutextensiveramp-up
• Clearcommunicationskills;abletodiscusstechnicaltradeoffswithnon-technicalstakeholdersanddocumentyourworkforothers

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
