• Ensures timely, secure, and accurate delivery of mail and packages across all hospital units and departments
• Supports frontline healthcare staff through reliable logistics and excellent customer service
• Organizes incoming mail, memos, and packages by department, unit or floor
• Navigates designated hospital routes to deliver mail directly to nursing units, offices, and clinics
• Gathers outgoing and interoffice mail from units during scheduled rounds
• Logs high-priority, overnight, or confidential deliveries requiring signatures
• Picks up and delivers medical records as needed
• Pick up specimens from units to bring to Lab as needed

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience in a hospital, mailroom, or courier environment is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate a large, complex hospital layout
• Strong organizational skills to maintain strict delivery schedules
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours, push mail carts, and lift packages weighing up to 30–50 lbs
