Responsibilities will include:

• Front Desk Management: Greeting and directing visitors;
  Managing the flow of people entering and exiting the building;
  Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
• Telephone Management: Answering and transferring phone calls;
  Taking and relaying messages accurately and promptly;
  Paging overhead.
• Administrative Support: Providing support to other departments;
  Handling mail and deliveries.
• Customer Service: Providing information and assistance to visitors and clients;
  Addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors & staff.

Salary Range: USD $23.10 - USD $23.10 /Hr. The pay for this position ranges from $23.10 per hour.
