Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Receptionist/cashier to join our team. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding service by greeting customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Address any inquiries promptly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Receive and process payments for products and services efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Close out repair orders and prepare daily deposits in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain an organized cash management system. Complete daily cash deposits and ensure that all financial transactions are processed correctly.
- Assist with administrative duties such as taking messages, processing payment receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support other team members and assist in any additional duties as needed to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous customer service or cashier experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to answer customer requests via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Must be reliable and adhere to the assigned work schedule.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with cashier systems.
- Bilingual Spanish communication skills are a plus.
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a calm and effective manner.
- Experience with cash handling and transaction processing.
- Must pass a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process.

ScheduleSchedule 5 Day (40 Hour) Workweek includes Nights and Weekends. Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
Weekdays could be 1 pm - 9 pm or 9 am - 5 pm.
Saturdays - 9 am to 6 pm
Sundays - 11 am to 5 pm
