Vitagliano Orthodontics is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Financial Coordinator to join our well-established orthodontic team. With nearly five decades of experience helping families achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized braces and Invisalign treatment, our practice prides itself on excellent patient care and a welcoming atmosphere. As a Financial Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping patients understand their financial options and feel confident moving forward with their treatment.

Key Responsibilities
- Clearly explain treatment fees, insurance coverage, and payment options to patients and families
- Create and manage financial agreements and payment plans, including flexible options that fit patients’ budgets
- Verify insurance benefits, enter accurate financial data in the system, and assist with insurance claims and follow-ups
- Process patient payments (cash, credit, check) and ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Support the front office by responding to billing questions and assisting patients with account inquiries
- Communicate professionally with patients and team members to support smooth office operations

- Previous experience in dental, orthodontic, medical, or insurance billing preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing financial information with patients and families
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
- Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined
$23-27/hr
