Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and safety of the facility and its equipment by managing a team, creating and implementing maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Key duties include supervising maintenance staff, scheduling preventive and routine maintenance, responding to repair requests, managing the budget, and ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems) are functioning correctly.

This role requires a blend of leadership, technical knowledge, and strong organizational skills to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.

Education:

High School Diploma

USD $29.00 - $39.00 /Hr.

Range serves as a good faith estimate; actual pay will encompass a number of factors including candidate qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range listed does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other compensation that may be applicable to this job, nor does it include the value of benefits.
