The Finance Manager drives revenue growth and expands market presence in the financial services sector. They collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post‑sale support and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall company success.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required; some post‑high school education or training preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Reynolds Dealer track Route One experience required.
- At least 3–5 years of experience working as a Finance Manager at a reputable, large‑volume dealership.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Established network within the financial services sector.
- Act as liaison between the dealership and lending partners.
- Utilize a menu‑based selling process.
- Ensure all sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Present financial services products in a transparent and compliant manner to every customer.
- Ensure every customer is turned over to Finance.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer feedback.
- Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
- Observe all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Track portfolios with lenders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal abilities for building client relationships, analytical skills to assess market trends and client data, and time management to manage a diverse portfolio. Proficiency in CRM software and a solid understanding of financial products are preferred to enable informed recommendations and solutions.
