We’re hiring two Tax Associates to support our expanding client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of hands‑on tax preparation experience who wants to build a long‑term career with a supportive local team.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage meaningful relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and multi‑state tax returns
• Coordinate client deliverables and ensure timely, accurate filings
• Conduct tax research and identify planning opportunities for clients
• Perform tax projections and proactive consulting
• Participate in IRS/state correspondence and representation when needed
• Work in a modern, paperless, cloud‑based environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA, EA license or actively working towards
• 3+ years of recent experience preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Strong technical skills in tax preparation software (
  Lacerte experience preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive base salary (targeting $70,000 – $88,000+ depending on experience and credentials)
