• Support daily Accounts Payable activities
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Reconcile freight invoices and vendor accounts
• Assist with customer statements and invoice processing
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
• Reconcile credit cards, bank statements, and general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Answer phones and provide administrative support
• Process mail and maintain business documents

• 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or administrative experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, AP, and AR
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Accounting coursework or degree is a plus
