JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duty functions.

• Support Gas Department Manager
• Enter daily production numbers for billing
• Updating logs
• Apply for Permits
• Issue & process PO s
• Create Bluestake locate tickets
• Scan documents to electronic files
• Scheduling travel arrangements for crews when needed.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS &

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways

• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent at Multitasking
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite
• Able to work well without constant supervision

DESIRED SKILLS &

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Natural gas experience a plus
• Knowledge of UT Blue stakes
• Knowledge of permit applications
• Good with time management
• Very Organized
• Great communication skills
• Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction industry

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
Daily and exemplary attendance and punctuality is required for this position. The work may require overtime hours to be worked to achieve desired results.
