We’re seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our growing team in Heber City, UT. In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays a key role in helping make the dream of home ownership a reality.
What You’ll Do- Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow‑up.
- Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
- Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience.
- Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- Problem‑solving with strong organizational skills, detail orientation, natural curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
- Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred.
Pay Range: $18.46–$24.63 Hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors, which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
