D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full-time qualified administrator. This position will provide comprehensive administrative, scheduling, data management, and customer service support within a dynamic military environment, ensuring that transitioning service members receive timely and accurate program information and documentation. All work is performed in accordance with DAFI 36-3009, M&FRC program desk guides, AFFIRST training guides, and all applicable Air Force and local command policies.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability consistent with the standards of a federal military environment.
- Contact customers to schedule required appointments and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Coordinate and manage daily appointment schedules using standard tracking systems and calendars.
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and tracking systems.
- Prepare and organize materials and files used for scheduled appointments or group sessions.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Support general office operations and assist with additional clerical duties as assigned.
- Minimum of six (6) months of administrative, scheduling, or data entry experience, preferably within a military, federal, or equivalent corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to produce professional correspondence, manage spreadsheets, and maintain calendar schedules.
- Technical ability to configure and manage virtual classroom environments via Microsoft Teams.
Basic understanding of military protocol and Air Force / Department of the Air Force (DAF) terminology.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey TAP information clearly and concisely.
- Must successfully pass and maintain a favorable federal background investigation to obtain and retain a Common Access Card (CAC) for unescorted installation access and government network access.

This position operates within a U.S. Air Force installation environment and requires full compliance with all applicable installation access, security, and conduct regulations. The contractor will interact daily with active‑duty military members, their families, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, and government personnel across a range of ranks and roles. Professionalism, discretion, and strict adherence to military standards of conduct are essential at all times.
