Job Summary

Individual will perform clerical, secretarial, and office duties. Interact with students and staff in person, via email, and over the phone. Organize and distribute Strengths Quest materials to campus students and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical and secretarial tasks.
  • Interact with students and staff in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Organize and distribute Strengths Quest materials.
  • Assist with student involvement and leadership related tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Punctual and self‑starter.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines on varied projects.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to interface effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in PC and software applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Windows 11).
  • Ability to learn new processes and software programs with minimal supervision.
  • Federal Work Study eligibility (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Eligible for Federal Work Study.
Additional Information

Position open for the spring semester of 2027. Screening of applicants will begin immediately and remain open until filled. Background check required. Physical activity: light work with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; visual acuity requirements as listed. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
