Applicant must have good customer service experience and patience for our busy financial aid and scholarship office on the main campus. Must be prompt and dependable.
Responsibilities- Answer phone inquiries for the financial aid office.
- Conduct light paperwork as assigned.
- Provide assistance to applicants as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Good computer skills.
- Speaks Spanish.
- Background check cleared (if required).
- Moving about to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
- Operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, or position equipment.
- Grasping and applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
- Feeling: perceiving attributes of objects such as size, shape, temperature, or texture by touching with skin, particularly fingertips.
