Responsibilities
- Handle client check‑ins and new client intakes (obtain insurance information, intake paperwork, process payments, etc.)
- Answer incoming calls (referring or answering inquiries)
- Schedule client appointments
- Keep patients’ appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient arrival
- Verify benefits and pre‑authorization procedures with insurance companies
- Greet clients professionally, kindly, and by anticipating their anxieties; answer client questions and maintain the reception area
- Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Perform any other office duties presented
Location:
West Jordan
Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 1:30 pm – 8:30 pm (statutory) with the possibility of every other Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at our Midvale location.
Must have terrific interpersonal skills and be able to pass background screening and be fingerprinted. Experience with mental health and familiarity with insurance is preferred, but not required.
Additional InformationHourly rate: $18.00 per hour.
