Job Summary
The position provides executive‑level administrative support to the Associate Vice President (AVP) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) in the Information Technology Division. The role includes communication management, scheduling, front desk management, coordinating communication, fostering collaboration, enhancing business processes, managing financial activities, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Responsibilities- Provide executive‑level administrative support to the AVP/CIO.
- Manage communication, scheduling, and front desk operations for staff and visitors.
- Coordinate communication, foster collaboration, and enhance business processes.
- Handle financial activities, including purchasing, travel, funds transfers, and expense reallocations.
- Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 4 years of full‑time administrative support and/or office management experience with senior‑level departments and minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with common office software:
Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, Google Suite, etc.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, media sales/advertising, or communications.
- Ability to prioritize complex responsibilities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Knowledge of accounting, purchasing systems, and budgetary processes.
- Strong organizational skills and project‑management experience.
- Confidentiality and professional judgment with ability to act as a liaison to staff, students, faculty, executives, and community members.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and team orientation.
- Detail‑oriented with ability to verify accuracy of information.
- Familiarity with university systems such as Ellucian Banner, Tableau, Concur, PAW Place.

Annual salary starts at $44,000 and may increase based on qualifications and experience.
