Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Instructional Designer Intern to support our training programs. As an intern, you will assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of comprehensive training sessions and online learning (including video creation). Your efforts will help ensure that employees are proficient in their roles and meet company standards through hands‑on training and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:- Help create online learning, including video-based training, by utilizing different video creation programs like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and other Video base programs (i.e. Vyond Animation).
- Assist with the video creation process including script writing, storyboarding, filming and editing.
- Assist in designing training sessions and “train the trainer” sessions for onsite managers and employees as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to develop and maintain training routines and best practices.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure trainings are aligned with current best practices and company standards.
- Support management of physical inventory to ensure smooth training operations and availability for training batches.
Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Instructional Design, Operations Management, Video Creation or a related field.
- Ideally, some experience in a warehouse or operational environment, with exposure to safety procedures and logistics.
- Strong interest in instructional design and developing engaging training materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse group of employees.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training techniques that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products.

* The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
