Project Manager​/Superintendent

Hi, This is Layne Spackman at Evergreene Construction. We build Custom Residential and Commercial projects. We build with the best of the best in Salt lake, Summit, and Wasatch Counties. Manage all duties associated with being a superintendent on a construction site. Some duties associated with project management. Safety, attendance, timeliness, scheduling of sub contractors, quality control of all work completed, plan reading and implementation, site coordination, owner and contractor communication, daily recording, planning, problem solving, hands on labor to lead and push subcontractors and other employees on the job, bidding, estimating, budgeting.
