Siding Sub Crews

Bighorn Roofing is hiring experienced siding subcontract crews for ongoing residential work across Utah. We are a fast-growing, family-owned exterior contractor, and we are looking to partner with reliable crews who take pride in their craftsmanship and want steady, year-round projects.

This is 1099 subcontract work with a long-term partnership opportunity. Pre-sold jobs, no sales required. If you run a solid crew and want a consistent pipeline of work with a contractor that pays quickly and treats partners with respect, we want to hear from you.

• Material coordination handled by Bighorn (depending on scope)

• Full siding installs, including James Hardie, vinyl, engineered wood, and metal
• Tear-off and disposal of existing siding
• Soffit, fascia, and trim work
• Weather barrier and flashing installation
• Job site cleanup and professional conduct with homeowners and Bighorn staff
• Meet production deadlines and Bighorn quality standards on every job

• Proven experience installing residential siding systems
• Crew of 2 to 5 or more installers preferred
• Experience with James Hardie products
• Ability to handle full exterior packages including siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Valid insurance required:
  General Liability and Workers' Comp
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
• Strong communication and reliability
• OSHA certification or safety training is preferred but not required
