About the Role

Fast-flying, intensely passionate private aviation company seeks to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support front-of-house operations at our South Valley Regional Airport FBO. This role is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience to pilots, passengers, aircraft owners, and guests while coordinating services such as fuel orders, hangar space, ground transportation, and trip support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client services, including rental cars, hotel reservations, and catering for inbound and outbound aircraft.
  • Communicate closely with pilots, passengers, aircraft owners, and line service personnel to ensure all customer needs are met accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate aircraft support services such as hangar space requests, parking logistics, and fuel orders.
  • Build positive day-to-day client rapport through consistent professionalism and attention to customer preferences.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide accurate information, take detailed messages, and transfer calls appropriately.
  • Process customer purchases and fuel transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, flight support needs, and general FBO services with a high level of responsiveness.
  • Ensure customer-facing areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready by following daily and weekly cleaning checklists.
  • Maintain a professional lobby and front desk environment reflecting the Sky Share standard.
  • Assist other departments and team members with operational support as needed, including during peak traffic periods, special events, and irregular operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks safely and consistently.
  • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as assigned.

Salary, Schedule, and Perks
  • Salary: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour (DOE).
  • Schedule:

    Full-Time or Part-Time; includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
