This is a IN OFFICE POSITION. 40 hours per week.
We are seeking an ENERGETIC, MOTIVATED Customer Service Representative with a sparkling personality! This person would be responsible for calling and contacting our existing lead and customer database to set new sales appointments. This person needs to enjoy talking to people and enjoy being on the phone.
This position has a base hourly pay on top of commissions paid for every lead set. Each appointment set would result in a set commission amount. If the job closes, an additional commission would be earned.
ResponsibilitiesCalling, texting and emailing our existing customer, lead data base. Upwards of 500 calls/ contacts per day.
QualificationsCustomer Service Background. Call Center background is a plus. Training will be provided.
Must enjoy talking to people and be good on the phone. Must be comfortable on the computer and have some knowledge of spreadsheets. Must be a team player and willing and able to work well with others. Quickbooks experience is a bonus.
Additional InformationThis is a full time position. Hours will most likely be 9AM to 5PM, 5 days a week.
