We’re looking for a motivated, patient-centered hygienist who is excited to grow clinically and work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. • Co-diagnose with doctors and contribute to treatment planning
• Deliver patient-centered hygiene care with kindness and professionalism
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
• Collaborate with the team to support practice growth and efficiency

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical foundation and willingness to learn
• Ability to co-diagnose and communicate effectively with providers and patients
• Open to recent graduates and experienced hygienists

• Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

• Interest in expanding skills in laser dentistry
• Comfort working in a growth-focused environment
• Experience with Open Dental preferred

• Hourly Pay Range: $43–$50/hour DOE
• Bonus: Production-based bonus structure
