As a Gastroenterology specialist, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating patients with gastrointestinal disorders. You will work closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role is essential in upholding our commitment to excellence in patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with gastrointestinal disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Educate patients on dietary and lifestyle changes to improve their conditions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Stay current with advancements in gastroenterology and medical practices

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Utah
• Experience in gastroenterology, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p

Outpatient

12-15 procedures, 8-10 clinic patients

General GI, EGD, EVS, IBD, abdominal pain, EOE, minimal hepatitis, IBD, Fujinon scopes

MA, RN, echo tech, lab tech, nuclear tech, X-ray tech

Epic and Provation

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
