JerseySTEM is seeking a lead volunteer to manage a team in the Engineering STEM Outreach Program aimed at middle school girls in underserved communities. This position focuses on developing new curriculum and improving existing materials to enhance after-school programs.
Applicants should have a BS in engineering and a passion for education. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in dynamic situations are essential. A commitment of 3-6 hours weekly for a minimum of 6 months is expected.
