Brighton Resort in Utah invites passionate snow sports enthusiasts to join our Snow sports School as instructors. You’ll help students of all ages while delivering group, private, and multi-week programs. Training occurs before instruction, with shift times around 8:45 AM and occasional evenings, in a dynamic team setting.
Expect a mix of full- and part-time seasonal work, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive mountain community with access to staff perks and discounts.
