Preschool Aide

Assist in the preschool schedule:
Monday Thursday, 9:00 am12:30 pm (only when preschool is in session)

Position Summary:

The Preschool Aide supports the Early Childhood Education teacher in maintaining a safe, engaging, and organized preschool environment. This position helps ensure the preschool runs smoothly during operational days. Computer literacy is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher with classroom activities and supervision of children
• Organize, set up, and put away classroom materials and supplies
• Help with ordering and managing classroom supplies
• Prepare for holidays and special events
• Communicate with parents as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support preschool operations

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual
• Computer literate
