Job Title:
Chemical Engineer - Hydrometallurgy
We are partnered with a fast-growing company focused on rare earth element extraction and critical minerals processing, seeking a hands‑on Chemical Engineer with strong hydrometallurgical experience to support process development and scale‑up initiatives.

Responsibilities- Lead the design and optimization of hydrometallurgical and chemical processing systems, including leaching, purification, separation, and crystallization operations.
- Develop and improve process conditions to maximize recovery, purity, and operational efficiency while minimizing waste and reagent consumption.
- Troubleshoot complex plant and process issues related to filtration, corrosion, fouling, impurity control, and overall process performance.
- Support scale‑up, continuous improvement, safety compliance, technical documentation, and cross‑functional engineering initiatives.
- Expertise in acid leaching, solid–liquid separation, and purification processes.
- Experience with crystallization systems and inorganic/mineral feedstock processing.
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering, chemical, hydrometallurgical, or minerals processing operations
- Bachelor's in metallurgical engineering, chemical engineering, or any related field
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and being extremely hands on
