Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the full company, including corporate functions and retail store operations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver insights on financial performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and help leadership make informed decisions in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Maintain and enhance financial models for revenue, labor, and operating expenses
• Prepare variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods and clearly explain drivers

• Analyze financial performance across corporate departments and retail stores
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management
• Support analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting overall financial performance

• Analyze revenue trends by channel, location, and customer behavior
• Monitor labor and operating expense performance across stores and corporate teams
• Support analysis of gross margin drivers and cost structure
• Assist with evaluation of pricing, promotions, and cost initiatives

• Partner with operations, corporate functions, and finance leadership to support decision-making
• Assist in evaluating new initiatives, investments, and operational changes
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by leadership

• Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards
• Support month-end close through analytical review and variance analysis
• Improve reporting processes through automation and standardization
• All other duties as assigned

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capability
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience in retail, consumer, or multi-unit environments
• Experience supporting both corporate and field-based teams
