IT Project Analyst

• Project Financial Management & Reporting:
  Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and portfolio financial reporting.
• Resource Time Tracking & Capacity:
  Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits.
• PMO Operations & Governance:
  Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities.
• Process Compliance & Audits:
  Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities.
• Templates & Continuous Improvement:
  Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards.
• Smartsheet Administration:
  Serve as PMO Smartsheet Administrator, supporting project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong accounting and financial management skills.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Smartsheet user or administration experience.

• Self‑starter with proactive mindset.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.

• Base salary and a cash‑based incentive program.
