The key responsibilities of the Finance Analyst are to provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of excel and financial modeling, enjoys problem solving and can articulate complex issues and concepts to business leadership.

• Maintain financial models to assist in budget planning and weekly forecasts.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and variance analysis.
• Provide adhoc project support.
• Assist in month end close process.
• Help identify financial opportunities and risk.
• Organize data into actionable insight.
• Work with various operations leaders to establish goals and align priorities across teams.
• Display and encourage teamwork and willingness to be a problem solver, provide excellent service to business partners.

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
• Excellent analytical, decision making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to accuracy and detail required.
• Ability to work well in a hybrid environment (both in-office and from home)
• Microsoft-SQL skills a plus.
