At Cyprus Credit Union, we're passionate about helping our members achieve home ownership while building a mortgage experience that is efficient, innovative, and member-focused. We're looking for a strategic and experienced leader to join our team as Vice President of Mortgage Services.

This is an onsite leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of our mortgage division, including mortgage production, operations, secondary market activities, servicing oversight, and portfolio strategy. This high-impact role is ideal for a leader who thrives on driving performance, developing strong teams, and fostering operational excellence.

• Lead the overall strategy and direction of the mortgage department
• Oversee mortgage production, operations, servicing, and secondary market execution
• Drive profitability, operational efficiency, loan quality, and member experience
• Partner with executive leadership to align mortgage strategy with organizational goals
• Monitor portfolio performance, compliance, and regulatory adherence
• Develop and support leaders across the mortgage organization
• Build strong relationships with investors, vendors, and strategic partners
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, growth, and innovation

• Significant leadership experience in mortgage lending and operations
• Strong knowledge of secondary market execution, servicing, and mortgage compliance
• Proven ability to lead multiple functional areas and drive results
• Excellent analytical, operational, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
