rPlus Energies is seeking a Senior Counsel, Finance to serve as a key in-house legal advisor on the financing of the Company's utility-scale renewable energy and storage projects. This role will lead legal work streams across project finance, tax equity, corporate credit facilities, and related transactions. This role builds a close partnership with the Company's development, finance, and executive teams, and also requires management of outside legal counsel.

Strong preference will be given for candidates available to be based in-office in our Salt Lake City, Utah headquarters. We will consider exceptional candidates based remotely. Occasional travel to project sites, banking partner offices, and outside counsel will be necessary (
