The role includes processing fraud claims in line with policies and regulations, and contributing to the Mission: to elevate members' financial experience with best-in-class service.
You will handle fraud-related inquiries, verify transactions for alerts, analyze fraud trends, and update fraud logs while collaborating with teams.
