Workday Technical Consultant (On-Demand | Independent Contractor)
Assist Now is an AI- and SaaS-based Workday Partner. We help clients across industries deploy, enhance, and support Workday through tailored projects. Our Deployment Bench is a curated network of consultants ready to join project-based assignments.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Workday Technical Consultants for freelance or contract-based assignments across India, US, and APAC. The ideal candidate will specialize in technical development and integration using Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and Workday Extend. You will work closely with functional teams to develop, enhance, and maintain Workday integrations and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
- Create and modify custom reports using BIRT and Workday Report Writer.
- Perform technical analysis and resolve complex integration issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather technical requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with security protocols.
3+ years of hands‑on Workday technical experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Workday Extend or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with Workday security and data model.
