Net Suite Senior Financials Consultant (US - Remote)

Position Summary

Sikich is seeking a Net Suite Senior Financial Implementation Consultant with a strong background in finance, accounting, and technology. In this role, you will partner with clients to lead and support the implementation of Net Suite ERP solutions, helping them streamline financial operations, improve business processes, and achieve successful project outcomes.

• Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of core and advanced Net Suite solutions, including relevant add-on products.
• Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders on solution design, system configuration, training, go-live planning, documentation, and ongoing support
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, user guidance, and training to promote adoption and long-term success.
• Apply and champion the Sikich Project Implementation Methodology to deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
• Obtain and maintain relevant Net Suite certifications to support continued professional growth and delivery excellence.

• 3+ years of full lifecycle Net Suite implementation experience.
• 6+ years of ERP implementation, financial systems, or accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong accounting or financial systems background required.
• Previous biotech or public accounting experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite accounting modules and One World is required.
  • Intercompany and Taxation experience included
• Demonstrated experience implementing Net Suite Record‑to‑Report and Procure‑to‑Pay business process flows.
• Experience configuring Net Suite Electronic Bank Payments module (including SFTP and ABSI Suite Apps) and other third‑party payment applications is required.
• Experience implementing Net Suite Fixed Assets, amortization and allocation processes, and Revenue Recognition is required.
• Extensive experience configuring and supporting Net Suite workflows using Suite Flow is required. Hands‑on experience with Multi‑Book and Suite Billing is a plus.
• Excellent client relationship, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• Net Suite certifications are a plus.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $140,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

• Sikich maintains a Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy.
